WyoGives: A Huge Success!

What an incredible experience it was to participate in the WyoGives statewide nonprofit fundraiser on July 16th. Throughout the day, we watched donations steadily climb—and when the giving platform experienced technical difficulties, the event was extended until noon the following day. That extra time gave us a valuable opportunity to reach out to more supporters, and it truly paid off.

We received nearly $5,000 before a generous $10,000 gift from the McMurry Foundation pushed us over the top. By the end of the event, we had raised more than $16,000!

We are deeply grateful to every donor and advocate who made this possible. Your contributions will go directly toward trail construction projects happening this year. Our needs are growing, and your support is the answer. Thank you, Casper!

Get your CWTA Sticker!

If you donated to our WyoGives campaign, we’d love to send you a CWTA Sticker. Please email sarahdrudkin@gmail.com with your address and the subject line “CWTA Sticker” and we’ll mail one right out to you! Thanks again!!

Bridge #2 Fully Funded!

We’re thrilled to announce that Bridge #2 is also fully funded and scheduled for completion in early August. Along with the final 200 yards of rough-cut trail, this bridge will officially connect the new McMurry Mountain Park trail—name coming soon!

Stay tuned: we’ll be sharing our donor recognition list on social media shortly for this bridge project.

We’re taking a vacation!!

After a busy summer of trail building, our Executive Director/lead trail builder is taking a much-needed vacation to celebrate his 20th wedding anniversary—away from the mountains for a change!

There will be no trail construction from July 18th through July 26th, but rest assured: our dedicated board members and volunteers are available to address any trail concerns during this time.

Trail Conditions Report

  • All central Wyoming trails are riding great.

  • With the increased moisture we have been seeing more fallen trees. If you come across a downed tree contact us and we can get it removed!

We are getting ready for some grand openings on Casper mountain – Stay tuned.

See you on the trails!

Thank you again for your incredible support. We’re proud to build trails that connect our community to nature—and we couldn’t do it without you.
